The hotel is located in the heart of Punta del Este, conveniently near shops and beaches, but it certainly doesn't live up to its advertised 5-star status. The rooms are spacious but had some maintenance issues, while the staff is eager to assist despite language barriers. Dining options weren't great, especially at the hotel restaurant, although a nearby gem called Scarlett made the trip worthwhile. Overall, it's decent, but I'd recommend looking for better options if you can.

The spacious rooms, complete with balconies, were a nice touch, but they had some issues, including loose floor tiles. The staff were friendly but often struggled with communication. The location is fantastic, putting you in the heart of Punta del Este, surrounded by attractions. Nevertheless, the dining options within the hotel were average, making me wish I'd explored more local eateries.
